Vodacom is a joke

We migrated our entire portfolio over to business. Somehow they never transferred my hauwei watch over to the business account. 22 June 2022 Vodacom handed me over for a watch i did not pay for 3 months. Clearly cause i did not know about it. I settled the account and begged them to please close the account as i dont want any more suprises. I also confirmed with me local vodacom dealer to make sure everything is settle and closed. 1 year later i am handed over again 19June 2023new lawyers phone me demanding paid up letters and all emails and information regardinf me previous settlement. I have been handed over on a closed account. When i phone vodacom directly. No one can help me. Cause the no does not exist. Customer cause says i need to speak to collections. Collections says sorry my number is part of business. Business cannot help because my individual account has been handed over. What the hell!!!!!
