Vodacom is a JOKE

Vodacom's service is a JOKE !! I am on a red package which entitles me to a loan phone with a similar operating system to mine if I needed to have my phone repaired . I went to Vodacom Eastgate and spoke to the manager Herman Reynders who informed me he does not have a loan phone and that he has been trying since Jan 2018 to get phones out of vodacom and basically take it or leave it attitude ,What Vodacom is saying to me is don't make your problems mine ! I cant be without a phone as many of us can't whether for Business or family reasons My contract is due end of March 2018 good bye Vodacom .. You are an embarrassment to the services industry
