Vodacom is a frustration
I'm very disappointed and it's a shame since I cannot change to any network since vodacom is the only network I have ever used, I have raised such a complaint with vodacom before. I played a megashake, got the 30voda min & 500mb whatsapp only today& guess what I have not received it as its becoming a norm with vodacom. Tried calling the call Centre and my call was cut and referred to this very useless tobi robot. Previously even after requesting a human agent no call was received.
