VODACOM IS A FRUAD, ****,*****

On 30/07/2022 someone bought an iPhone 13 Pro using my Vodacom account. This purchase was done at the Vodacom 4U store, Edenvale, Jhb and I am based in Cpt. I am now being billed for a phone that I did not authorise nor even have. I checked my sms’s and saw that 2 sms’s with authorisation codes were send on that day. I never saw them and therefore never gave Vodacom the codes, so it is clear that the vodacom employee at that store bypassed this and just approved the purchase.

I am therefore seeking assistance in getting this line removed from my account and my statement re-adjusted accordingly. I do not have the appetite of reversing the debit orders as I will incur the charges and also my credit scoring will be affected.

Please Hellopeter, assist.

Thank you for your assistance, I confirm has account has adjusted.

It is such a pity that we have to resolve to social media inorder to be heard and assisted by Vodacom.
