Vodacom is a froud

So vodacom stole from me. On my ********** 092I had a central with them that was ending on Feb so beginning of March I called vodacom to cancel my ending contract than this call Center who was helping me offerd me a deal for 20gig during the day n 20gigs night time date for a cost of 200 I was like ohk I dont mind just as long as my airtime on my previous mention no cuz on dec I lost my sim so for the month on Jan n Feb I had an airtime of 300 cuz every month on that sim I get 150 airtime he said to me no mam Nothing will happend to your airtime I can even see it on my system when you go the nearest Vodacom shop to do a sim swap when you done you will find your 40 gig 20 during day 20 night time n that 300 airtime I said ohk sign me up n I ended my call come Monday 4th march I went to vodacom to buy that sim card when I put it on my phone after 5hours like they told me i found the 20gigs right but my air time was no where so the next day on the 5 which was a Tuesday I called vodacom asking to speak to that guy who helped me the other day Me Buyes told him the was no Airtime on my sim he said he will sort it out from that day till last week Thursday evrday I call him to get my airtime but but everyday it some excuse not hes doing he says than eventually on Thursday he calls me with an answer n he tells me that they refuse to gave me my ****** airtime cuz apparently I used it all on data how did I cuz for 2 month the sim wasnt active n when I went to buy that new sim card I had about 20 gigs of data so how did I use 300 airtime while I have some much data Vodacom is cheating me of my airtime cuz I remember vividly my airtime was 00 I even have 15 owned airtime bcuz I found it 00 i refused to charged bcuz i thought vodacom will pay my airtime back obviously i was mistake and even if i need to say so myself iam on of thier best n loyal customer I dont derseve this treatment. Thank you
