vodacom is a ********** company ,they charge you on something you have cancelled.

<p>when my contract ended with vodacom ,I called them to tell them that I won't be renewing the contract anymore I want my number to be made pre paid everything was done but now I see on my credit status when I was applying for something I see I am now paying vodacom R11 for vodacom clip which I told them to cancel .<br />i don't want this number anymore cancel it and give it to someone else and u must also teach ur agent to listen ,I will never pay for something which I told you people to cancel ,your agent cancelled the contract and left the clip ....??????I called the call centre and they told me they can't see anything,I need you to stay with your number ********** 053,</p>
