Vodacom is a *****!!! DON'T do business with them

Yesterday I bought a wifi router on a contract at Vodacom four ways. We bought 2 gigs of data and the data was depleted within an hour without doing anything serious online. We phoned Vodacom who confirmed 0 data. I found it odd cause I've used data plans over the years. We went into a Vodacom shop where we were treated badly by the person mentioned above and the manager with a surname of Harding. Very arrogant attitude after not having the device not even for 24 hours. Unprofessional ... nothing that I would advise anyone to go through. As we were there there were many unsatisfied customers who were also ill-treated. Witnessed this myself. I've been using Vodacom for years and now would never recommend it to anyone even my worst enemy. Never use Vodacom and spare yourself the trouble. Been using Vodacom for over 10 years and now I can't wait to be rid of them.
