Vodacom is a ***** company!!!!

Can u please help me sort out vodacom. I don't know where i can go or what i must do. I'm so fed up with vodacom and all their lies. We are struggeling from Julie 2020 to get our lines which they **** to us about cancelled and get my money back. I'm paying for something i don't use. I don't even have the sim card or modem. They said they cancelled it. But they only cancelled 1 line. Everytime they phone i'm getting more and more worked up with them. Because it's only 1 lie after another. They are very quick to offer us things but when they need to sort out stuff they are useless. They phoned me now to give me a promosion. I DON'T WANT ANY PROMOTIONS I WANT THE LINE STOPPED AND MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please tell me what i should do or where i should go to sort this out. Because they don't even worry anymore if i give them on at hello peter they don't phone even any more. Should i go to the news paper? Should we go to court? Please help me with this. Vodacom is a useless case.
