Vodacom is such a greedy and unorganized company, I had fiber with them and I moved house they didn’t cancel their fiber even after I logged a call to close it they continued charging me til the account was about R17 786 alright I paid the R17 786 on the 03/02/2023 it’s a month now and I’ve been asking for a Clarence letter and to be updated on the ITC I paid Telkom on the same date as I paid Vodacom but Telkom has cleared my name
