VODACOM IS A *****

I am so frustrated with Vodacom. I bought a fone in june 2014 on contract @ Nashua mobile wen they closed they handed my contract to Vodacom. Vodacom informed me that they have taken over my contract in 2015. I took my fone for repairs @ Vodacom repairs in October 2015 as it had problems it ws fixed bt afta a wik It dyed again I tuk it bck fr repairs it ws nw Nov 2015 I dd nt hear frm thm until I foned in Jan 2016 to ask hw far thy wr wth the repair they told me they hvnt repaired my foned becoz it is out of warranty I then asked hw come becoz the first time I took my fone to them they informed me tht my warranty was 2 yrs that's why thy ended up fixing it thy tld me thy wll fone their head off to enquire the following day I received an sms informing my fone is in repairs after a wik I received another sms to collect the fone whn I arrived they couldn't find it I hd to wait for 30mins until I told thm I will come back the following day. Whn I returned the next day I was informed that the fone has not been fxed I shuld call their headoff. I called I ws informed tht my fone ws out of warranty wn thy took over my contract they agreed tht it wl b 1yr warranty whch I ws neva told
