Vodacom is a ****..false advertising!! Selling something that does not exist..Lies: Never buy the 50Gig Router at Pep! Its a lie........

Vodacom stop false advertising, I bought a vodacom wifi Router at Pep on the 7th October 2025 advertised that it comes with 50G free data when you activate it. here is what I had gone through so far: 1. The ask me to recharge with R29 airtime to Activate the staterpack to get the 50gig after 48 hours, i did that and did not get the free data. 2. I then called them to let them know that I did not get the data, and the said I was suppose to sms level up to 31118 to get the 50gig, and wait 72 hours, I did that and still did not get the data, 3. I called them again to let them know that I did not get the 50g, they said they will log a request on friday last week, it will take 24 hours, I did not get any feedback and I the called again yesterday to follow up, the lady I spoke to said the number does not exist its a cell c number, do I have a contract, she did not understand what I was talking about. 4. I called again today and the consultant said there was no service request logge, he put me on hold for more than 10 min, came back and said he needs to log a service request again, it will take 3 working days this excludes weekends, so this might be sorted next week, I aske to speak to a manager and he said im being difficult, he ended up calling a team leader who said the same thing..

I still dont have my 50gig.

Vodacom!! why are you selling lies, false advertising!!! why????????????
