Vodacom is a ****ED up they add **** to your account without your consent and than u need to pay for it

I have a contract with vodacom, I even upgraded and ended up taking another phone with them. I now have two phones which is my partner nd mine pay about R722 every month never missed a month. End December to Jan 2020 I received a call that my monthly debit will be decreased to about R600 and some odd rands.

Fair and well, end of January my account is debited with an amount of R1886. I'm shocked as I've never missed a payment nor added anything to my account. I went immediately to the bank and did a reversal also went to vodacom store nd only paid my R723 which I usually pay every month Without fail.

I call into vodacom to find out why they debited so much from my account. The consultant tells me that I called in to add 30GB of data bundles, I tell her I did not request that why would I need so much of damn data I hardly use data as I buy WhatsApp bundles and when I'm at work I use the WiFi so what the **** am I going to do with 30GB of data I ask her to check who added it to my contract without my consent as I have not approved for such and that I want it removed the consultant transfered me from on department to another I ask to speak to a mnger I spoke to one he than told me its removed I will only pay R600 and some odd rands from end of Feb. Now my partner and I have been getting atleast 5 calls and smses a day from vodacom that we owe R1999 on the contract called again they added another 30G to our account beginning of Jan even after we were told its cancelled nd been removed.

They sent me a statement with the same R1999 arrears which I need to pay end of Feb for something I didn't even request? ***!? I won't pay it. I called and spoke to team leaders and some agents from other departments told me they going to listen to the calls n get back to us its been 3 weeks no one has even called back regarding this matter all they call fir us fir mibey that I owe I asked for the ombudsman numbers n email address and they can't give it to me.
