Vodacom is a ****

I write to you to express my frustrations disappointment caused by bad service and poor workmanship which I have received from Jabulani Mall Vodacom shop.

I too my phone to the shop for a screen repair which cracked after the phone had fallen onto a hard surface. Everything else on the phone was working fine including the camera however a day after it was returned to me with the screen fixed. I realized that the camera was now malfunctioning I took the phone back to the same shop. They booked it on suspicious that this had to do with a belt inside. After 2 weeks of not receiving any feedback I contacted them and I was told to be patient as they were still working on it. 2 more weeks lapsed without feedback and I contacted Hellopeter and this is when they decided to reach out to me after having **** that they were unable to get hold of me.

I went to collect my phone and this time the camera was no longer working at all. I was told that there is nothing wrong at all with the camera however they suspected that the motherboard could be faulty and therefore I have to buy a new motherboard.

A day after I reached out to them I asked via WhatsApp what the price of the motherboard is and I was told that they would get back to me however after 8 days later they haven't contacted me. My main concerns are: -The main reason why I took my phone to vodacom is because my understanding is that before they give out a quotation they first check if everything is in order. But in this case it appears as though they did not. - If the motherboard is indeed faulty then why did the phone or the camera continue working fine before I submitted it to them for repairs.
