VODACOM IS A DISAPPOINTMENT

Hi, im soo disappointed with the service that we get from Vodacom, no Network for the whole day ,cant phone them from a Landline to report, asked a family member who is in another area to please report for me as I cant phone from my cell,and the person at the call centre was no help at all,basically said to that family member that she must tell me to call to report it,Vodacom is a disappointment, I think everyone should boy cot them and use a more helpful and friendly service like MTN or CELL C...This is how Vodacom treats there long lasting clients, I have been using Vodacom for the past 16 years.
