Vodacom is a ****

On Friday the 10th on may 2024 I have lost my cellphone which was insured with Vodacom insurance since 2021. Vodacom promised to replace the phone same day and did not happen with me. I was send from pilar to post by Vodacom and Finrite insurance. Now they are forcing me to take used cellphone with battery life of up to 80%. I have a phone that I looked after and the battery life was up to 💯. The insurance I was paying was for any cellphone with cost price between R25 000 to R30 000 and paying over R500 monthly insurance. If the phone I had is end of the range they said they will replace with the phone that replaces my phone. Now they was to give me used phone for R19K but they were taking premium for maximum premium of R30000. It took them from last week Friday and today is the next Friday I still don’t have a phone. Only today they come up with their story. People must be aware that vodacom with **** them and I want all my premiums back. Or pay me cash since my phone is replaced. I don’t want to see vodacom any longer. Service is disgusting. Menlyn vodacom couldn’t load my claim and Brooklyn branch did that. The Brooklyn branch even told the insurance division what to do since they didn’t even know what they are doing. You will call one company with different information. They are taking clients for a ride.
