VODACOM IS A ****!

Vodacom is a ****! My contract with Vodacom was ending end of June, I requested a termination of contract via their customer care in September and I was told that I need to serve 1 month notice which will be October, then my contract will be terminated in November, however Vodacom will continue deducting payments from account until December 2023, explanations from Vodacom consultant for November and December payments did not make sense. So as from January 2024 I do not have any existing contract with Vodacom according to my knowledge, to my surprise Vodacom debit my account with R330, which I don't know what the payment is for, then I contacted Vodacom customer care and was told that I have a new data bundle contract with Vodacom which I'm not aware of and did not agree to this contract! So Vodacom put a new contract under my name without my consent! Vodacom Is A ****!!!!
