Vodacom is a *****

The service is disgusting. I have been trying since 18 August to cancel a contract. When trying to call their contact numbers ***, 082135 and *** I keep getting disconnected. I tried using the Tobi Chatbot and it just timed out. I eventually got to speak to someone via the Vodapay app who transferred me to the contracts and cancellations department, Instead of cancelling my contract they converted it to prepaid, and upgraded another contract to 2027. What the hell is going on at Vodacom. Right now I only see them as a bunch of con artists.
