Vodacom is a ***** !!!

Good day , I am so disappointed by Vodacom I have a cellphone contract with them and I have been paying through Vodacom app and since October 2021they have been saying I owe them October payment but I have sent them the proof of payment I did send it but still they are not crediting me. The worst part is that my credit profile has been messed up by them . They are croocks ...I want my money back if they don't credit me this week !!!!!
