VODACOM IS A ********

I have a contract with Vodacom on December 2020 it was on and off till June 2021 I kept calling them to fix it but they couldn't help I then got another service provider because we couldn't afford running a business with such pathetic connectivity. On August I sent an email to Vodacom to terminate the contract , I even stipulated that they must tell me the procedure to get it done even if there's payment involved.

They said customer services will call me but they didn't when I called them my self they said legal will call me but they didn't. I then instructed my banker to block them from debiting hoping they will call me to raid but instead they submitted my name to ITC.

VODACOM YOU ARE PATHETIC WITH YOUR USELESS STAFF AMD MANAGEMENT.
