Vodacom is a consumer bully.

I have terminated my fibre service with Vodacom with the requisite 30 days notice. Last service date was yesterday but I am not yet disconnected by Vodacom. My new service provider cannot process my order because Vodacom HAS NOT canceled my service on their side. The new service provider is still pickong up that the vodacom service is still active but I dont have connectivity. The vodacom router is on but no internet. Vodacom is a bully and completely disregards consumers. I have canceled my fibre and will soon be canceling my cellphone contract after more than 20 years with Vodacom. Service gets worse as they expand.
