Vodacom is a **** comapny

I have a Vodacom contract which included Insurance, I cancelled the Insurance last year September 2024 which I received Confirmation messages of the Insurance. Only to find out on 20th May that Vodacom did not cancel the Insurance.When I called the Insurance customer services they did not assist, even asking for a refund they did not assist. Never take a Vodacom Contract in your life ever because thry dont care about their customers at all, but only care about money. I repeat never take a Vodacom Contract in your life
