Vodacom is a ****
Vodacom is a ****. I have a mobile contract with them and I have been paying R399 for the past 2 years. This is so because I specifically requested my account to be limited to R399. All of a sudden in July, 2years later, my debit is R3500. How? I reversed the amount. In August R6 000 plus. I reversed the amount again but it means Im not paying for the contract amount that I consented to and I'm worried in September my Bill will be R9000 plus. Who canceled my limit and authorised purchases in my number?
