VODACOM IS A BUNCH OF ******* WITH PATHETIC NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

In Summary, My contract with Vodacom ended im February 2020 when i called in January to Cancel i was told to call in the month it ends which i did , i cancelled and paid the final balance, In March i received a statement with a subscription fee, i called to dispute this and to date this has still not been resolved i have called and emailed multiple times and the last information i received was that my account is at the legal department but i cant get through to them either, what a bunch ******* for a R344, VODACOM IS PATHETIC
