Vodacom is a bunch of rogues, *********** fools and dumb asses

Vodacom is the most underhanded and disorganised organisation I have ver come across. Their operations are pathetic and they have a bunch of dumb and *********** people working there. They fix one thing and break 10 other things, totally disgusting. After three months of fighting to get a refund which was due to me, they soft lock my device. I then call to query and i am told that the reason for the soft lock is because I now owe them R16K which will be debited off my account this month. What the **** are those clowns doing there??? They pay me back the money they were debiting from my account for a device i never took and then say i owe them R16K. I am horrified at their rogue ways. The consultant I spoke with today told me that the money they refunded me, has apparently been captured incorrectly and it now shows that I owe them the money instead of the invoice showing a credit amount. Vodacom you are honestly as dumb as ****
