Vodacom is a bunch of *********

In July I got a Samsung S7 edge I took it back in 6 days as it had two problems camera and speaker. The speaker is a hardware problem and I should have received a new phone but these ********* are messing me around and always changing their stories. OB is out of box failure and hardware problems with the device means they have to give me a new device. So my question is why are they messing me around so much. Since my last review nobody has contacted me in regards to the problem I am having. I expect this to be sorted this week.
