Vodacom is a bunch of ******! I was called last year in 2020 with an offer of taking my current cellphone contract, they offered me a 1G free for the duration of my contract which I got till December when it all changed and I got an email to say they made a billing error and I now need to pay for this 1GB, I've called countless times to them to rectify the situation and get a refund and to this day they are still billing me 3months later, all the consultants are telling me that they can't help because the contract came from vodacom direct, but they are one company, same goes for their damn insurance, I canceled my insurance last year and was continuously billed for it, after months of complaining they canceled it but never gave me a refund! Vodacom is a bunch of ****** always looking to make more money out their customers
