Vodacom is a Bully!

Earlier this year, I signed up for a contract on their website. All went well and the phone was sent to me. After receiving the phone and realizing my number was not ported, I called their call center and was told that to have my number ported I would have to cancel the contract and reapply. I did as I was told and the phone was collected and sent back to Vodacom (even sent Vodacom proof of these). I did not reapply and after several months I started receiving emails telling me I owe Vodacom. I called their accounts and was told and also sent confirmation that I don't owe Vodacom a cent. A few more months down the line I start receiving SMSes that I have been handed over for debt collection. Just today I received another SMS from Burnard Raaf telling me they will be sending a Garnish order to my employer. Now, what am I been chased around for? I do not have any contract in place with Vodacom and yet I am haunted by this. It's not fair as I now have to pay money out of my pocket to get a lawyer to take care of this. Vodacom is proving to be a bully! Much as I sent proof and stated my side of the story, no communications whatsoever to let me know what the outcome is. This is not fair and honestly, Vodacom seems to not care about their reputation.
