Vodacom is a big **** !!😡

I bought a phone on the 27 of June 2022 online via vodapay using the mini app known as shop online.

I never received the phone worse they claimed they never received my money and that the transaction failed.

I provided all the necessary documents as evidence of my purchase even went to my bank Capitec where they confirmed the transaction was successful. Vodapay also recorded my transaction as successful.

When I check my profile at Vodacom online the transaction has been stuck on processing till this date if the transaction did fail why haven’t it updated to transaction failed?

Everything seems very ***** with Vodacom and I think they have just de*****ed me of my hard earned money. I opened a case though at SAPS.

Becareful of Vodacom it’s a ****!
