Vodacom is a BIG JOKE STAY AWAY

I have emailed to cancel my phone insurance so many times top no avail, then I phoned the cancel number *** and you are unable to speak to anyone because I am a prepaid customer and they system kick me out of the que (what a joke), then I phone the prepaid number and they say they are unable to help and refer me to the cancellation number. They do not understand that I am unable to call them...... because I cancelled my contract and are now on prepaid.
