Vodacom is a ****
Vodacom is a **** and really does not care about their customers. I took out a new contract with Vodacom in March 2023 and cancelled the contract within the 14 days due to device not working. Vodacom double debited me for this contract and has not refunded me since. I have been calling and different service request have been created but still I have not received my money back.
