Vodacom is a bad service

I have a vodacom contract for many years back now that I wanted to cancel my contract and go on prepaid. It's a big problem because I call them to cancel my contract and they just upgraded my contract it's not what I asked for and then they reversed the contract and put me on my old contract also not what I asked for. So now I must pay that money for something I did not asked for and it's there fault. And it's a big mission to cancel the contract. Because vodacom is so unhelpful. So if I can advise people don't get a contract by Vodacom. They quick to help when you wanna upgrade but not when you wanna cancel it.
