Vodacom is a ****
In September 2024 I received an invoice showing an amount of 4338.46 that I owe. I immediately called Vodacom and I was told I clicked something that allows to get a data refill of R 3564.46 that was a shock. I then cancelled it immediately but that did not help I now owe Vodacom R 9711.73 this data refill was not cancelled from September when I made a call the reg number given was ***. I called them again spoke to Sisipho who said she’s a manager and promised to cancel this. Nothing happened I don’t need this data refill of theirs I’ve got a fibre with Newcofibre and a rooter from work . 5 November 2023 I went to Vodacom Eastrandmall an email was sent to Vodacom accounts . I did not get any call regarding the matter each time you call Vodacom you get empty promises to fix this matter. We are talking of money here.17 Nov 2023 I spoke to Lungi who said it takes 3-5 working days for cancellation I asked her for a ref number she said it’s my cell number ***. Vodacom **** me with online messages. I don’t need their data refill. 22 November 2023 I spoke to Lucia Makgosana who promised to escalate this matter nothing happened I’m still getting billed. I honestly think that Vodacom employees don’t know what they are there for. Is Vodacom keeping to their statement of helping everybody live better or they are a ****? 22 Dec 2023 I went back to East Rand Mall Vodacom shop and I was assisted by Setho who said it straight that she can’t help me, she then called vodaworld and I spoke to Sizwe Msimango with ref 10:23 QC*** told me that he had escalated the matter to the cancellation department and they will call me , to date no one called me from that department. 28 Dec 2023 I spoke to Sibusiso then she transferred me to the billing dept I spoke to Anica who said her manager by the name of Zanele will call me back after an hour, indeed she called after 3 hours and did not help me with any thing instead she transferred me to dispute department and the called died. I called back spoke to Prudence Mkubiyani and I was told that Zanele will call me after an hour again to date no call from Zanele. 29 Dec 2023 I called again and spoke to Babalwa and she just left me hanging. 29 Dec 2023 I called and I spoke to Tshepiso Dlamini who mentioned that my account is with the dispute dept the only this I can do is to pay my normal bill, he gave me the amount of R2455 of which I paid on the 2 nd Jan 2024. He also mentioned that since I’m disputing the invoice the debit order will be stopped so that I can pay manually ref number for the call is Tshepiso Dlamini. 30 Dec 2023 I called and spoke to Mbhalenhle nothing happened just said will unlock my numbers and they were not unlocked. How can Vodacom suspend my other 2 numbers when I’m paying even the number in dispute I’m paying for it except the amount that im disputing from R 3564.46 to R 7375.06 now it’s R 9711.73.2 Jan 2024 I spoke to Nathan who said my account is no longer in arrears but still my lines were suspended and it will only take 4 hrs to be reinstated nothing happened after 4 hours. 3 rd Jan 2024 i spoke to Nonhlanhla Kunene who said the same thing as Nathan that my account is not in arrears but it will take 48 hours for it to be reinstated nothing happened. Today the 4th Jan 2024 I called and I was told I owe R9 711.73. This is not the first incident Vodacom is ****ming me I paid for a phone that was delivered not working for 2 years. I’ve been a loyal customer with them for 2 decade and this is what I get. Vodacom agents don’t speak the same language even when working for the same department, this is shocking how do they rate their work performance it’s taking them forever to cancel just a data refill that I don’t want and I will never wake up wanting it. If their culture focuses on trust where is trust in my situation. Do I belong to Vodacom definitely no after celebrating my 20th anniversary with them . This is the plate of **** I get.where is their loyalty that they preach in their spirit
