Vodacom is a ****! Avoid taking out a contract with Vodacom!

I took a phone contract in 2022. I have been trying to cancel the contract since feb 2025. The agent confirmed that my contract was cancelled in Feb only to find out that he ****! Vodacom agents lie! I was told my contract was cancelled only for my account to be in arrears now in April! I will never again take out a contract with Vodacom. They are dishonest and a company full of *******. I will forever spread the word to warn people to stay away from Vodacom. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in a business!
