Vodacom is a ****.

I am very disappointed because of false advertising on Vodacom side. I received an sms a few days ago from Vodacom which says that I would receive a 1 gig data if I load a R10 or more airtime voucher. Which I did on that same day but it's a few days later and I haven't received it. It has happened before to me and also my wife and I have a feeling it will happen again. It is a ****! It is day light *******. If you promise your customers something pls deliver or don't promise at all. I have tried to call 082135 but there isn't an option to speak to an agent. This is so frustrating. I think that I should try other networks because this is getting out of hand. Hope Vodacom sees this and responds promptly. Have a nice day.
