Vodacom is a ****

Vodacom is a ****, 0n 2022.10.05 I bought two cellphones that are Huawei Nova Y9A .I was helped by a consultant called Sibongile Ntombela at Maponya mall.we concluded the deal having assured that all the items are insured. On 2023.09.03 one item got lost at Phiri Soweto and l went to report it and I was told that the same (lost)was not insured. The manager Xolile Nkambule was called and I explained the incident. The same consultant was called to explain about it.she said I took insurance on one item. We didn't reach at a good understanding. The same manager informed me to complain to you after I asked her what to do as there was no u nderstanding between us.i really believe that you will be of help.

My issue with Vodacom is not yet solved.on 2023/09/11 Dean from Vodacom contacted me assuring that as a company they will solve the matter. On 2023/09/13 Themba from the insurance phone me and there was a misunderstanding between us.he blame me for not checking if all the phones are insured. I told him I never did that since I was a Vodacom customer and every item I buy is insured.
