VODACOM IS A ****

I have a contract with vodacom for R75 airtime. On the 1st of August after I got my airtime I bought another airtime worth R76 so that I can buy data with R149.99 airtime. So I bought 2GB of data but vodacom didn't deduct the airtime instead they added the data money to my contract how is that even possible. This is not the first time buying airtime so that I can buy data I am so so angry vodacom is a ****. If I didn't have contract how were they gonna bill me? Were they gonna open a contract for me without my knowledge? VODACOM IS A ****!!! ****ing innocent people trying a living in this difficult time. Now my contract bill is R236 instead of R86. Vodacom please fix your mess.
