Vodacom is a ****

I took a contract with Vodacom in Richards Bay in 2023 for a Router it only worked for 4 months since May 2024 I've been taking it to them and reporting that it's not working they always take it for repairs and it returns after a month and a half with the same problem, I take it back and they say they're booking it in again for repairs basically it's been the same back and forth this whole year yet they continue debiting my account for a router that's not even working, this month I was told I'm owing R3000 yet I have a debit order with them.

What's more irritating is I haven't used their services basically for about 8months now and I've been reporting with fail to get ant help but I'm suddenly sitting with this bill FOR WHAT??? VODACOM IS A ****
