Vodacom is a ****
I took a contract with Vodacom. On the premium I paid it had an increase until I upgrade, when I upgrade I asked the consultant about the increase that happening anytime Vodacom want. She assured me that the amount I am paying will not increase no matter what. This time there is an increase. I called the customer care. They telling me to read the terms and conditions. My question is that what ever Vodacom employees say something is a lie or what? I thought they are there for us if we don’t understand the contract to explain to us not other way around. All people I spoke to they are busy defending Vodacom instead of solving the problem. Vodacom are ****mers

26 Feb 2026, 15:40Firstly I asked your consultant the question about the increase she gave me a guarantee that it will not change. You can go to the records and listen to it. There was a reason to ask, that was giving me a choice if I take this contract or not. It seems that everyone can lie to scarm people. Integrity Vodacom have i never thought they can do this. At least i can tell people even on facebook and other platforms to consider before they set their foot at Vodacom
