I placed my order during the Black Friday promotion. I completed the order on 08-12-2025, and I received confirmation on my side that the process went through. However, when tracking the order, the system shows that it is only a quote and not an actual order. As a result, I have now been informed that I must pay the original (non-promotional) price, which is unfair as I placed the order while the Black Friday promotion was still valid. I respectfully request that Vodacom honours the Black Friday promotional price, as the issue appears to be due to an internal system error rather than any action on my part.
