Vodacom is a ****

I took a 24 months contract with Vodacom, it was on the 02 July 2022 end date is 31 June 2024,I went to the nearest store wanted to cancel my contract. The consultant told me that my contract end on the 13th of September 2024,I was like no way since I have the contract on my email let me show you, then it was not corresponding.

So she advised me to call customer care since she don't have the answer for me. Today I cld customer care nd they told me The same thing that they also don't know why is ending on September, I have ask the consultant that since I have been referred and I am not getting any help who must help me then he dropped.

I am not happy at all
