Vodacom Irresponsible
I have lodged an enquiry on this site previously where I reported that a ********** account was opened in my name at Vodacom. Vodacom then proceeded to deduct money from my account, *******ly so, and even after confirming the account was not mine and **********, Vodacom handed my details over to debt agencies. Even after promising numerous times to come back to me, to contact me (even after lodging a complaint at Hello Peter and Vodacom promising to contact me, no contact was made), and to rectify the situation
