Vodacom Irregular billing
On the 13 January 2018 I logged a call with Vodacom regarding my account.
On the 24 January 2018 I followed up and was told that call was closed.
I informed the agent that I did not get feedback as promised. He said that he would escalate my query I also spoke to the 'Team leader' , Nokubuya. She informed me that the agent Daniel would get back to me in 24 hours. Still no feedback from Daniel to date.
I also received a call from Vodacom and explained the billing problems same 24 hour promise with still no feedback or resolution.
Vodacom has now double changed me this month. What's even more strange is that the voice recording has already got my February bill which is also double.
The main problem relates to my data line, which I have not used since the 27 December 2017.
It is easy for me to dispute the payment but it will affect my credit record, incur bank changes and Vodacom will suspend my service .. for their error
This is totally unacceptable Vodacom. Firstly I need my money to be refunded into my bank account. Secondly you need to fix my monthly billing.
I need someone from a Vodacom with common sense and NOT your *********** call centre agents.
People at the agencies are not being held accountable and that is why they are getting away with bad client service.
Same goes for Vodacom client care, I have not received any reply for my email I sent on the 24 January 2018.
I've been with Vodacom for about 13 years and can't wait for my contracts to end so that I can move to a provider that will appreciate good ,honest ,loyal clients.
It seems that Vodacom has became so big that it doesn't care about it's clients anymore.
