Vodacom Irene Village mall PATHETIC

<p>Vodacom Irene Village mall is one of the most ridiculous franchises of vodacom I have encountered. Went there Thursday AT 11 AM to transfer an account to a new owner and then to upgrade that account... it is Saturday 12 PM and the transfer has not been done.. cant reach the owner of the shop.. the rep that helped us is off.. NO one at the shop can help us.. spoke to a rep at the glen center and he did the same thing is 2 hours not THREE days</p>

the shop has now been in contact wit us BUT Vodacom IT needs to sort out the problem on their side... which is taking now 4 working days ... Vodacom please sort out your technical issues
