Vodacom Ipad data bills an extra R5000 per month with NO WARNING, no notification of going out of bundle.

I have a 5Gb data + ipad contract. Usually I pay R600 per month. But, for October and November I discover it's over R5000 each! Apparently I have an 'open line', meaning when the usage is out of bundle they'll just continue to charge me.

WARNING: They DONT NOTIFY YOU WHEN YOUR IPAD DATA GOES OUT OF BUNDLE!!!

They just sit back and deduct exuberant amounts from my bank account! Surely, this can't be right! I feel exploited!

Is there a way to get my money back?!

Thank you for the rebate and the quick and positive response, I highly appreciate it! I would still leave this note that you should in future endeavor to alert customers via SMS to his main contact number, AND via email whenever his account balance goes above some normal threshold. Maybe you should also allow the customer to specify some maximum limit? Currently no customer who bought one of your ipad contracts would receive a warning and thus would only become aware that his data bundle has run when sees the bill on his bank statement, which is only deducted a month later, which means you might end up unintentionally using massive amounts of expensive 3G data for 2 months before being 'alerted' by way of an empty bank account and on top of that another big bill lying in wait to be deducted the next month..
