Vodacom Invoices increases, fooling the Commission for Consumer Goods, after their intervention

Vodacom correcting my Invoice, when a complaint is being monitored by the Commission for Consumer Goods, but then raises the invoice again, when the case is closed. Vodacom refused to cancel my three contracts, expiring in Dec 2024, and two by February 2025. I lodged complaint with the Commission for Consumer Goods in February 2025. Their friendly Customer Care Consultant called me,and sorted out the matter. Meaning instead of paying an invoice of R3800, my account was gonna be reduced to R1900 per month. My invoice for March was indeed R1900. I then confirmed to the Consumer Council, that the matter was resolved satisfactorily. The case then closed Boom, end April 2025,the Invoice is again R2700. So,Vodacom is manipulating consumer practices. When the matter is being monitored by the Commission, they comply, and then revert back to their exploitative pracises
