Vodacom Invoice

Good day Vodacom,

I previous logged a hellopeter complaint concerning my invoice bill below. I was contacted and informed that by May 2021 the last payment of R461.98 would go off and I would be paying R299 for the laptop contract. On the app my from the 1 June 2021 would be R312 so now I am seeing a debit order of R387.98 that has gone off and I want to know why. And I want vodacom to also to stop calling me for an upgrade and I want the following cellphone number *** contract cancelled. I am not sure how many time do I have to inform Vodacom that I am not interested in your products.

Tried getting through your accounts department your services are not user friendly and neither is the toby whatsapp service. The reason for my complaint is the January bill of which shows an amount R461.98 and the invoice is not explaining in detail as to what I have been charged for. To my understanding when I upgraded to the HP 15 Celeron + ZTE R219Z LTE MIFI Router the breakdown of the package included Device ZTE R219Z LTE MIFI Router - R230, Plan 1GB Anytime data + 1 GB Night Owl data(36 Months), Accessories – HP 15 Celeron with win 10 Microsoft Office 365 Personal – Included, Bundles, discounts & more – Included, Contract cover – was not included and cellphone insurance – was not included. The package allow would add up to R299pm x 36 months those are the terms I agreed with. Contract was charged and I stipulated that I did not require it, I was charged for handset instalment 15 twice need that explained to me MyGig 1 TopUp Promo, Airtime Subs - uChoose Flexi 65 Line Rental, Caller Identity Subscription charged twice. So I need my call to be listened to with the agent and I need someone come back to me with an explanation and a detailed breakdown of my invoice.
