Vodacom investigation department are Usless

I got an account to pay a ridiculous balance. The countries call were Nauru *** and Germany ***.". I don't even know anybody in those countries!!! If you Google those numbers you can openly see that it is some sort of syndicate sending whatsapp messages with a picture asking you to call them. once you open the picture that is when this \""call\"" gets made. I found that out and let Vodacom know and they came back with that reply above. I have sent the links to the respective people there and they refuse to open the link as they might get viruses apparently. No manager is willing to help or is ever available. Vodacom has become a joke and a company I will no be dealing with. My cancellation letter is written. Thank you Vodacom for taking the bread out of my family's mouth."""
