Vodacom internet services and support is the worst

Logged 5+ support cases for slow internet in the last month with Vodacom. Technicians just randomly closes cases without even contacting me. Eventually after me logging round about the 6th case I received a call and a technician saying they will investigate and come back to me. Again the support case was just closed without any feedback or resolving the issue. I am paying for a 500MB internet line and I am getting below 10MB most of the time. Every now and then the speed jumps up to 500MB and then just drops again.
