Vodacom internet problem
It is the first month with Vodacom home WiFi,...God I want to cancel it because I have had enough, there is no connection yet I am paying but it does not help me😡😡😡😡

As per discussion on 2025-06-25 at 10:06:43 regarding the home internet contract and the router we have received feedback from the store which reads as follows:
You came into the store 26 June 2025, and it was established with you that the router may be a problem as previously the router did have an issue.You are using the B535 router. The Store has loaned you their store router and sending your router for repairs.There is network in your area as you are using the mobile device with the Vodacom network. Note, we have tried contacting twice today however failed to reach you.
