Vodacom Internet cancellation batle

SR*** In March 2023 I lost my part-time job and then had to make ends meet with my pension of R3720-00 pm. In March I phoned the Vodacom helpline requesting to cancel my internet. After having to convince the agent that I can no longer afford the internet I was told that it was done. In April the debit order went through again. When I called the call center again on 20 April and the agent once again kept on trying to convince me that I should not cancel my subscription I eventually told him to keep quiet and just process the cancellation and give me proof of the cancellation. It was only on 21 April 2023 that I eventually received a call from Nathaneil Abrahams confirming again that I really wanted to cancel my internet subscription? I then received an email from Nathaneil stating that my internet will be canceled effective 01/06/2023. That means that all my efforts since March to cancel the internet were wasted airtime! I'm 68 years old and am now trying to survive on R3720 pm. What part of my revival expenses must I give up so that I can pay Vodacom for 1 more month of the internet (that I DID NOT use) because Vodacom claims that they have only a record of the 2nd cancellation request? Vodacom has now handed me over to a Debt Collection company and I'm harassed by debt collectors on a daily basis. Is Vodacom now trying to give an almost 69 year old survivor a heart attack (I've had 1 already some 8 years ago)? I can not be held responsible for your system not reflecting the interactions in March 2023
